Project Description:

HealthMatters Program is an evidence-based (ACL Title III-D approved list) 12-week health promotion program led by support staff and developed for and by the people with intellectual and developmental disability (IDD). Members of the Sonoran Center were trained as HealthMatters facilitators and implemented the program across various communities.
