KIMMEL: Individual Placement and Supports
Project Description:
Individual Placement and Supports (IPS) is an evidence-based employment program for individuals with serious mental illness funded by Montana's Mental Health Block Grant. It currently functions at two organizations and is building out a third. The State of Montana (DPHHS) is seeking to expand the reach of the program by recruiting and training more organizations in IPS across the state with the expectation that they would implement the program and collect fidelity and evaluation data. They are contracting with the Rural Institute to support the addition of 2 part-time IPS trainers who will work closely with the Mental Health Prevention Team and Vocational Rehabilitation to recruit at least 2 new organizations to IPS work.
