Jump Start Early Childhood
Project Description:
The Jump Start ECC Program is a partnership between The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County, the University of Miami Mailman Center for Child Development, and a team of community providers that specialize in early childhood development. Family Central, Inc., Jewish Community Services of South Florida, and Community Health of South Florida, Inc. Using culturally-sensitive techniques grounded in decades of research, we developed toolkits for early learning program directors and teachers to help them manage challenging behaviors and promote children's development.
