Project Description:

Black Hills Works, Black Hills Special Services Coop and Aspire as a coalition (SD provider Coalition) requested technical assistance to improve and strengthen workforce stability in their respective organizations. Direct Support Workforce Solutions consultants conduct a comprehensive assessment of each of the three organization's workforce strengths and opportunities, prioritize recommendations, and support implementation of agreed upon workforce strategies. This project includes both a Discovery Phase followed by an Action Planning and Implementation phase for each of the three participating organizations.
