Project Description:
The University of Minnesota will work with Starling to assess current workforce practices and make recommendations to better recruit, select, train, or retain the workforce. This includes two in-person and one virtual workforce summits with identified stakeholders as well as individual interviews, and a review of related statewide workforce data, and related policies and practices. Starling will receive a report summarizing findings and recommendations from the Discovery phase and a corresponding Executive Summary presentation. This proposal outlines a 6-month plan, anticipating that Starling will initiate and participate in the Discovery phase of the Direct Support Workforce Solutions consulting services commencing in October of 2025.
