Project Description:

ICI consultants will be working with Boggs Center on 3 key deliverables. First, to deliver a series of 2-hour webinars focused on evidence-based workforce strategies, with corresponding 1-hour learning forums to deepen the learning on each strategy and provide a venue for the sharing of ideas and best practices related to each topic. Two, to implement a two-part training program for managers and supervisors around the topics of Supervision and Leadership and Workforce Development. The training will consist of a series of online, asynchronous lessons taken through DirectCourse College of Frontline Supervision, Management, and Leadership (CFSM) paired with live online sessions and/or in-person training sessions to allow for classroom-based discussion.
