Project Description:
Project Find Safe II works to support healthcare agencies, law enforcement, public safety agencies, nonprofit organizations, and tribal communities to develop programs designed to prevent and respond effectively to the wandering of individuals such as those with dementia, Alzheimer's, or children with developmental disabilities. Our work includes prevention and response training, the development of emergency protocols for school officials and first responders, efforts to ensure the safety of vulnerable individuals, and the implementation and operation of notification systems to assist in the recovery of missing individuals.
