        Project Description:
        The 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) is a federally funded program to provide academic enrichment during non-school hours for students attending high-poverty and low-performing schools. The Delaware Department of Education (DOE) contracts with the Center for Disabilities Studies to support its administration of the 21st CCLC grantees in Delaware. CDS translates research-based knowledge into products and information to enhance the quality of community programs. The Center developed and implements program monitoring protocols and provides technical assistance to grantees based on identified needs.
