Project Description:
The mission of the program is to improve the health status of children with neurodevelopmental and related disabilities, and their families through the development of culturally competent, family-centered, community-based leadership professionals. Goals: 1. Provide training experiences to develop leadership skills 2. Recruit interdisciplinary leadership professionals 3. Promote participation for individuals from underrepresented groups 4. Collaborate with national, regional and state MCH, Title V, and related programs 5. Maintain the quality of the program, through ongoing implementation of a comprehensive evaluation plan
