        Project Description:
        Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND) will collaborate with the WDE Special Programs Division to design and deliver two Project ECHO courses that align with the goals of the State 
Personnel Development Grant. Improve - ECHO Network 1: Knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) for Teachers under Special Education Exception Authorization to include  In-depth training on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), focusing on compliance, best practices, and the development of effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
ECHO Network 2: Enhancing Teacher Capacity to Support Employability Skills for Students with Disabilities. Specific skills include the development of special educator skills and strategies to help students with  disabilities gain employability knowledge and skills, preparing them for the workforce.
