Empowering Families through the Charting the LifeCourse Framework

        Project Description:
This project seeks to support the health and well-being of families across Wyoming by integrating the Charting the LifeCourse (CtLC) Framework into a series of virtual and in-person learning opportunities, using the CtLC core belief that all people have the right to live, love, work, play, and pursue their own life experiences. The goal of this project is to equip families, educators, and community partners with practical tools and strategies that support positive life experiences and prevent negative life experiences by improving family health outcomes at every stage of life. In partnership with the Parent Information Center (PIC), the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities will facilitate eight virtual learning sessions through ECHO for Families, five in-person workshops, and two conference presentations. By implementing this framework across the state, families will be empowered to navigate challenges and make proactive decisions for their children and families' health and well-being.
