Project Description:

Assist SMH leadership with reviewing, aligning, recommending and/or developing consistent training content and that supports SMH sites and their staff that is cost effective, quality, replicable and sustainable, tasks may include the following: - Review current training content and delivery methods, identify enhancements and opportunities to streamline delivery - Review national and state expectations - Develop training strategy and content - Develop training plan (and assist with building capacity for trainers)
