Project Description:
Through individual contracts with school districts throughout New Mexico, the Autism Programs provides training, technical assistance, in-classroom support as well as support for individual students with ASD in multiple school districts, the Region IX Education Cooperative and the Public Education Department.*Provides training and technical assistance to school district personnel throughout New Mexico in order to serve the needs of students with ASD.*Provides training, technical assistance and direct services for individual districts throughout New Mexico, specifically around issues of conducting functional behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.*Develops and presents webinars for school personnel that are housed on the NM Autism Portal.
