        Project Description:
        The DESE Office of Childhood aims to create a quality assurance program that can be used for continuous improvement in early childhood programs and also to inform parents of the degree to which individual programs make progress on quality indicators. The goal of these activities is to increase the overall quality of early care and education experiences for children from birth through age five. The specific purpose of this scope of work is to implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the QAR Project for all programs currently participating in the QAR Project, as well as additional programs enrolled in 2023.
