        Project Description:
The Institute for Human Development at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC IHD) is pleased to work with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) to explore a quality improvement project to provide training and coaching for early childhood administrators. This proposal describes a robust initiative that would support early childhood administrators (e.g., directors, principals, coordinators, and family child care providers) from programs that receive child care subsidy payments from the DESE Office of Childhood through the Child Care Development Fund. The project is designed to support 1,000 individuals in Year 1.
