Preschool Development Grant

Project Description:

The Early Childhood Center (ECC) at the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community (IIIDC) at Indiana University (IU) will contract with the Office of Early Childhood and Out of School Learning (OECOSL) and the IDOE Office of Kindergarten Readiness to evaluate the implementation of the Preschool Development Grant (PDG), awarded in January 2023 to the State of Indiana for a period of three years. The ECC will implement a Collective Impact (CI) approach, including a strong program performance evaluation plan that continually informs stakeholders and decision-makers of Indiana's progress. In pursuit of that goal, the ECC will lead an evaluation team that includes project staff and State stakeholders to ensure that the evaluation plan is responsive and aligned to Indiana's vision and logic model.
