Project Description:
In addition to participating in Utah's Early Hearing Detection and Intervention system by serving on the Newborn Hearing Screening Advisory Comrnittee, NCHAM will provide support for the HiTrack data management and tracking software, participate in annual training events, and collaborate with the provision of webinars. NCHAM also agrees to assist the Statewide EHDI Program in
1. Determining the rates of Loss to Follow-up and Loss of Documentation within the EHDI screening diagnosis, and intervention process.
2. Providing updated computer software and technical support to EHDI to maintain HiTrack.
3. Assisting with meeting the requirements for submitting annual data to CDC.
5. Facilitatingtechnical needs and issues between hospital HiTrack systems and the State HiTrack system.
