Project Description:

Thomas R. Behrens was a federal official who was instrumental in funding and disseminating information about the success of Universal Newborn Hearing Screening Programs. When he died, his family established this Memorial Fund and asked NCHAM to set up and administer the account. No additional money has been donated since it was established and there have been no expenditures.
