Project Description:

HiTrack is a software program that can be licensed by individual state EHDI programs to assist with the data management and tracking tasks associated with operating a effective and efficient EHDI program. Ten states (UT, ID, AZ, OH, MT, IL, HI, AK, RMI, and LA) currently use HiTrack to assist with data management and tracking of their statewide EHDI program. HiTrack data is also used by some of these states for research, program improvement, and reporting to other agencies. NCHAM provides technical assistance and support to these programs as a part of the HiTrack licensing agreement.
