Project Description:

This subaward is part of a proposal submitted by the Minnesota Department of Human Services to provide Minnesotans with TBI better access to high-quality, person-centered, culturally-competent services and supports. This grant project is a partnership of the Minnesota Department of Human Services, the Minnesota Department of Health, ICI, the Minnesota Brain Injury Alliance, and the National Association for State Head Injury Association. ICIs role will be to help develop a data-driven system accessible by brain injury partners to assist in decision making and planning.
