Project Description:

The Workforce Initiative Project with TennCare aims to improve Direct Support Professional workforce issues among providers in Tennessee. The team involved in the effort will collaborate with providers to use evidence based practice using a survey and assessment tools to identify problems and challenges that can be addressed using strategies that have been shown to improve Direct Support workforce challenges. This project involves a survey, technical assistance and the development of a workforce toolkit designed for Tennessee providers.
