Project Description:
NJ Pathways to Postsecondary Success project is a Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) funded collaboration between the New Jersey Department of Education (DOE), The Boggs Center, SPAN Parent Advocacy Network, and the NJ Centers for Independent Living. Through this initiative, The Boggs Center provides targeted technical assistance to three participating Local Education Agencies (School Districts) on priority areas related to transition; builds relationships with inter-agency and local organizations to enhance transition support; and collaborates with partners to identify and consolidate transition related resources into a DOE transition hub website.
