Project Description:
Our Mission Pathfinder's mission is to help people with disabilities, their family members, the community, and professional support partners find and access resources, support, and services available to meet their needs. The scope of information, resources, and support services includes all types of disabilities (mental health, intellectual, developmental, physical, and learning), and all ages (birth to seniors). Pathfinder provides services to every individual seeking services regardless of disability, gender, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, sexual orientation, age, creed, marital status, parental status, or pregnancy. Pathfinder has three major program components: Disability Information & Referral Resource, Education & Training Programs and Multicultural Outreach Program.
