Project Description:

1) To establish a comprehensive plan to guide the evaluation of the Guam PFS Program. 2) To provide training and technical assistance to the state team and community partners. 3) Monitor program goals, objectives, strategies, and activities of the PFS grant using the evaluation plan. 4) Develop reports on the progress of the CHIP and overall project impact.
