Project Description:
The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) has refined provider requirements for Consumer-Directed Service Facilitators. This agreement provides for the design of the platform for online competency-based training modules including: development, refinement, and formatting of course content; transfer of content to an online format; Services Facilitator testing and provision of certificates upon course completion; and development of a webpage link to modules, tests, materials, and other resources. Services Facilitators will have to complete training via online competency-based training modules to document that they have the required knowledge, skills, and expertise.
