Adult Protective Services Staff Training (Reynolds): Training Curriculum
Project Description:
The purpose of this contract is to create a training curriculum package for both a Person-Centered practices and a Trauma-informed practices trainings able to be presented in-person by a subject matter expert and recorded, a canned pptx and facilitator guide and a train-the-trainer curriculum.  These two trainings will be created to allow for use on a learning management system platform as well within the DHSS.  Contractor will make recommendations to enhance the Adult Protective Services current training content and process with the goal of enhancing the competency and skills of staff that lead to consistent findings and results across the state.
