        Project Description:
        The purpose of the Early Childhood Vision Screening training is to prepare individuals to conduct vision screenings to identify children who need further evaluation by eye care professionals.  
This training will provide you with the tools and information necessary to complete vision screenings for children ages 36 to less than 72 months (3-5 years) with recommendations for children birth to 36 months. This training utilizes current evidence-based and best practices for vision screening in accordance with the recommendations from the National Expert Panel (NEP) at the National Center for Children's Vision and Eye Health (NCCVEH) at Prevent Blindness as well as Wyoming pediatric optometrists.
