Project Description:
The Connecticut Early Childhood Project is a partnership between the UConn UCEDD and the CT Office of Early Childhood and the CT State Department of Education. The project's purpose is to identify the best practices in early childhood intervention (ECI)for infants and young children with disabilities attending EC programs, and curate resources that can be used by early childhood providers and families. The project will: 1) develop a strategic plan with long-term and short-term goals, and 2) develop a course with online modules and in-person learning activities for early childhood professionals about practices with young children with disabilities.
