Arc of Snohomish - Charting the LifeCourse

Project Description:

To support Arc of Snohomish County in their continued leadership and innovation in providing supports and services to build the capacity of people with disabilities and their families to explore, plan, problem solve, advocate, and direct their own lives. The LifeCourse Nexus can provide training and capacity building for staff. In addition, the LifeCourse Nexus is happy to partner with the Arc of Snohomish County to transcreate a housing guide and resources for individuals and families. Translation of the guide and resources will also be completed for those who primary language is not English by leveraging the social capital and network of Snohomish county.
