KYTN-Kansas Youth Transition Network: Strengthening Partnerships - Evaluation
Project Description:
KUCD will lead project evaluation efforts, in collaboration with project partners, and will be responsible for designing and implementing data collection and analysis procedures and monitoring the project's progress. KUCD is one of 67 University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs) funded by Administration on Intellectual and Developmental disabilities (AIDD) to support people with disabilities, members of their families, state and local government agencies, and community providers in projects that provide training, technical assistance, service, research, and information sharing with a focus on building the capacity of communities to sustain all their citizens.
