Capacity Building for Autism Interventions (CBAI)
Project Description:
The project will be managed by the Section of Women's Children's and Family Health within Public Health and funds will be distributed through a single contract.
CBAI has recruited, trained and supported Alaskan post-graduate students to meet national training and performance requirements associated with being a Board Certified Behavior Analysts with special emphasis in serving children, youth, and adults with autism. Coursework is taken through verified course sequences, with 2000 hours of field supervised locally. Each year professionals are recruited and admitted to the program.
