Project Description:

ABMC is an agency whose purpose includes caring for and managing historic American battle sites-monuments internationally (not in the U.S.). The success of the ABMC is based in part on how consistently the agency's staff tells the story of the U.S. and U.S. involvement in the battles represented at these sites. ABMC needs a consistently available and high-quality online learning platform to inform the public, tour operators, staff, and managers. The learning platform also must verify learning occurs. Eppley hosts the online courses for ABMC and manages all online courses through the Expand Learning Management System. Uniquely, the ABMC courses hosted by Eppley will be used mostly by foreign learners living overseas. The Agency hopes to increase consistency of knowledge about, and appreciation for, the many locations where American's have fought foreign military engagements across the globe.
