New Hampshire Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment
Project Description:
The ICI proposes a CSNA process that combines robust statistical analysis with in-depth qualitative approaches designed to produce actionable findings. Goal: Assess the rehabilitation needs of individuals with disabilities residing within the state of NH and develop actionable findings to inform state plan goals, priorities, and strategies. Objective 1: Conduct primary and secondary data collection and analysis to describe a) the current population of individuals with disabilities residing in New Hampshire and b) the current rehabilitation system capacities, functions, and participants served.
Objective 2: Implement community-based data collection to engage individuals with disabilities, businesses, and other stakeholders in a comprehensive assessment process.
Objective 3: Use a multi-disciplinary analytical approach to synthesize data across sources and align findings with the known needs and factors discovered during the assessment process.
Objective 4: Report findings and develop potential action strategies to address barriers and strengthen facilitators to rehabilitation service access, delivery, and outcomes.
