        Project Description:
        To support employment consultants implement best practices, we will deploy the ES-Coach with 48 employment programs, nationally. ES-Coach is a smartphone-based tool designed to help teams of employment consultants visualize their employment supports, reflect, set goals, and take action for continuous quality improvement.  
Once enrolled, employment consultants will be asked to answer three core questions about their primary activity at the time when they receive a text on their phones. Texts will arrive at a random time on each workday for 12 months. The de-identified answers will feed a live data dashboard, refreshed daily and instantly available to all participants and the public. Right after the employment consultants respond to the questions, they will have access to microlearning content. Finally, the managers will receive coaching about how to enable their teams of employment consultants to leverage the data for quality improvement.
