Art to Competitive Integrated Employment (ArtCIE)

Project Description:
The Institute for Community Inclusion at the University of Massachusetts Boston (ICI) will partner with the Florida Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) on the Rehabilitation Services Administration Subminimum Wage to Competitive Integrated Employment (SWTCIE) Model Demonstration Project. The ICI will serve as an independent evaluator of the ArtCIE initiative. ICI is responsible for designing and executing the evaluation plan, aligning evaluation data collection, aligning evaluation data collection, analysis, and reporting with Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) measures, and generating evaluation reports that document ArtCIE progress toward key objectives, challenges, and strategies to address challenges, and impact on targeted outcomes.
