Project Description:

NEED: The CDD provides Information & Referral (I&R) support to the Texas community on a regular basis. The CDD regularly receives queries for information, supports, resources, services, etc. The requests for support are from email, social media, and telephone calls. GOALS: Provide the best information available to support Texans to live inclusive and participatory lives. FEATURES & BENEFITS: The CDD aims to provide real time, quality information. We maintain contact with state agencies, non-profits, our DD Partners and more to ensure that we are able to access current information, or people who know the current information, to meet the needs of our state.
