Project Description:

Behavioral Health Network of Greater St. Louis (BHN) received a three-year grant (MFH) to improve the overall regional system of care for creating a model to better serve older adults with behavioral health needs (BH, inclusive of mental health and/or substance use) who present to community-based aging service or BH partners.
