Project Description:

Memory Care Home Solutions (MCHS) exists to extend and improve quality time at home for families supporting and caring for loved ones with memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. Memory Care Home Solutions, in partnership with Esse Health, the Washington University Memory Diagnostic Center, and the University of Missouri - Kansas City Institute for Human Development, will work toward the goal of filling gaps in the dementia-capable service system for people living with dementia and their caregivers.
