Project Description:
This project will expand on and build the capacity of the No Wrong Door network to provide outreach and education to eligible Medicare beneficiaries. The goal of this project is to enhance and expand on existing educational and outreach efforts to eligible Medicare beneficiaries regarding their preventative, wellness, and limited income benefits, targeting specifically individuals with disabilities and those who are dual eligible. The objectives are: 1) Collaborate with Missouri MIPPA Partners, 2) Enhance outreach and education efforts on MIPPA topics especially focusing on rural communities, under 65, with limited English proficiency, from tribal communities, and/or from other traditionally marginalized communities, 3) Develop and disseminate video/social media educational campaigns, 4) Increase knowledge and skills for enrolling Dual Eligible Beneficiaries, 5) Integrate MIPPA topics into Open Door Workshops, and 6) Build capacity of MoF2F to provide Medicare Information to Requestors.
