Telehealth Supports for People with Disabilities
Project Description:
There is growing interest in the remote delivery of services promoting health through health education. In this project, the Delaware Assistive Technology Initiative is partnering with Education Health and Research International to facilitate access to virtual training about chronic disease self-management for Delawareans who don't have their own technology.
