Project Description:

UK-HDI shall support the Olmstead State Plan Committee in reviewing and updating the current Olmstead Compliance Plan. The initiative will focus on ensuring both providers and consumers can have input on the updated plan to ensure it is comprehensive and reflects the needs of those providing and receiving Olmstead services at the community level. HDI will be responsible for utilizing staff and consultants to convene providers who deliver Olmstead services and consumers who receive them, collect, aggregate and report on their responses to the current plan and suggested updates, and support the Olmstead Planning Committee in drafting an updated plan for the state of Kentucky.
