Project Description:

Efforts are based on implementation, and as necessary, revisions to the Office of Developmental Programs and Communication Bulletins. This policy document affirms the rights of all citizens to have access forms of communication (including speech generating devices) necessary for self-determination, inclusion and participation. wwww.communicatatepa.wikispaces.com ismanitained as a "one-stop" online resource related to communication policies, supports, and services for Pennsylvanians with intellectual disabilities and complex communication needs. Informational materials, training, and technical assistance is provided to a variety of stakeholders to support the right to communicate in Pennsylvania.
