Project Description:

This is a collaborative project: the Arc of Oregon, ODDS and OHSU are working together to develop, implement, and evaluate a redesigned ISP process. This UCEDD's main goal is to collaborate on the pilot and conduct the field test showing the effectiveness, usability, accessibility, and inclusion capabilities of the redesigned ISP process.
