Project Description:
The Preschool Development Grant Birth through Five (PDG B-5) renewal Grant Project from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, Office of Child Care awarded Hawaiʻi P-20 Partnerships for Education (Hawaiʻi P-20). This federal grant is focused on strengthening the state's integrated early childhood care and education (ECCE) system. Hawaiʻi P-20 collaborates with the Executive Office of Early Learning (EOEL) to facilitate the administration, implementation and monitoring of the PDG B-5 Renewal Grant project. The Center on Disability Studies is contracted to support the update and implementation of the Program Performance Evaluation Plan. The objective of this program evaluation project is to review, update, and conduct the evaluation of the Hawai'i PDG B-5 Renewal Grant Award. The evaluation will assess the progress towards the goals and objectives outlined in the Logic Model and provide valuable insights to inform the development of an updated program performance evaluation plan (PPEP) aligned with the PDG B-5 strategic plan.
