Project Description:
The goal of the project is to address the challenges faced by Native Hawaiian (NH) youths in entering postsecondary STEM fields and increase the number of NH youths in the pathways by: (1) developing a tiered intervention program; (2) integrating up-to-date technology; (3) providing training for educators, ʻohana, and employers; (4) organizing community outreach activities, and (5) creating a resource center for NH youth.
