Eppley Institute will serve as a consultant to assist Agency Landscape & Planning , LLC, and the Town of Cary, NC with Analysis of City supply and demand for parks and recreation services with updating the plan and incorporate into the Cary Community Plan. as follows: Coordinate with any existing plans in the works such as the Urban Forestry Plan and Open Space; Reviewing and identifying underserved populations; Reviewing and prioritizing existing and planned facilities and programs; Conducting appropriate level of community engagement thru surveys and public meetings as appropriate; Reviewing GIS and other data to determine updates needed to better track as the community continues to grow; Evaluate Cary greenways plan for strategic connectivity, prioritization planning, streamlined naming and opportunities for system recognition and enhancement; Evaluate future park facility needs based on existing property and future trends; Review of Community, Cultural, & Specialized Facilities as well as Sports Venues; Propose any needed ordinance language amendments.
