Project Description:

MMI will work in collaboration with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services to ehance their Quality Assurance Program for the Aged and Disabled Waiver. The purpose of this program is to establish a consumer interview process as part of the ongoing quality assurance program. MMI will help to design a consumer interview survey and recruit and train both providers and consumers to be interviewers. MMI will also help to develop a process for data analysis and reporting.
