Project Description:

Collaborate with the project team to create online open educational resources (OER) for teachers facilitated lesson plans to support the development of personalized career and academic portfolios (PCAPs), and transition plans for students with sensory disabilities. Curriculum and resources will be universally designed and fully accessible to support students in their career development as they transition from secondary to postsecondary education and training opportunities and preparedness. This work will involve providing expertise in inclusive instructional design, curriculum development, and technology development and implementation with a focus on transition and student developed portfolios.
