        Project Description:
        The ICI is creating a customized training series to assist New Hampshire vocational rehabilitation staff complete Comprehensive Assessments and develop Individualized Plans for Employment (IPE) with individuals with disabilities in accordance with federal regulation and bureau policy. The  curriculum consists of three modules each with three lessons, accompanying Communities of Practice (CoP's) and Learning Collaboratives. This multi-modal approach has effectively worked in other trainings to support participants in knowledge acquisition and competency development. The target group for the trainings are the vocational rehabilitation counselors and technicians/support staff.
