Project Description:

In collaboration with the UNCC, the following activities will be supported by the University of Kansas, specifically addressing the collaborative work of the Transition Coalition (www.transitioncoalition.org) in Co-Directing this online professional development site, along with Mary Morningstar (PSU, Co-Director). Given the hybrid nature of the scope of work (online, in-person), and the current work scope, completing these tasks is possible via virtual means. Morningstar and Lattin successfully collaborated to virtual management for the purpose of directing the Transition Coalition. The KU (Lattin) focus for this scope of work includes ongoing development and support of the Center website, coordination of interfacing web applications/sites/content, developing knowledge translation, coordinating strategic communications initiative with other Center partners, and assisting in TCSS with PSU.
